Biography

Diana sees herself as a citizen of the Earth. She grew up in Hong Kong, a bustling city which her parents, sister and many of her old friends still call home; lived in a small town in northern England during high school, then in London for her undergraduate studies at Imperial College; and after spending two wonderful years getting her MBA at the Stanford Graduate School of Business and falling in love with the Californian sunshine and blue sky, its awe-inspiring natural beauty, and its potpourri of cultures, she started planting roots in the San Francisco bay area, where she currently lives.

On the professional front, Diana was director of customer solutions at Closedloop Solutions, an enterprise software startup subsequently acquired by Lawson Software. As product owner of its budgeting and planning application she led the design and creation of new products, helped corporate clients resolve financial management issues, and coached sales and implementation consultants in the effective delivery of their services. Prior to this Diana was a management consultant with McKinsey & Company, serving technology clients in Silicon Valley as well as global corporations operating across Asia, from Hong Kong and China to Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia and Indonesia. She also worked in private equity investment, financing infrastructure projects in third world countries.

After more than a decade in the business world, Diana took a step back for a reassessment of her life. While she enjoyed many aspects of her experience, she longed to touch people's lives in a more direct and meaningful way. Having done some deep soul-searching and found her spirituality in the process, she decided to break away from the rat race and instead pursue her passion of helping people learn about their true selves, and lead purposeful lives that reflect this realization. She is a qualified administrator of the Myers Briggs Type Indicator® personality inventory, which she uses to supplement the Five Ps as suited to each client's needs.

Diana is fluent in Chinese (Cantonese). She is also an active member of her local church and bible study groups.
