Deputy Bio: Chris Mansolillo

Biography

Chris Mansolillo is a lead strategic planning, business development, and sales executive for Warner Bros., focused on positioning the television distribution business for growth.

Mr. Mansolillo currently is a Director of Sales and Sales Strategy at Warner Bros. Domestic Cable Distribution (WBDCD). WBDCD is the primary television distribution division for all Warner Bros. theatrical titles subsequent to release in theatres and Home Video, and television series subsequent to initial broadcast airing. He is responsible for spearheading the strategic and business direction of WBDCD's new distribution initiatives. Prior to WBDCD, Mr. Mansolillo came to WBDCD from Warner Bros. Strategic Planning where he provided financial and strategic analysis for corporate development activities including analysis and execution of acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, alliances, and commercial relationships.

Mr. Mansolillo's over 12 years in entertainment has afforded him the opportunity of working with several of the largest companies in entertainment, including: Corporate Finance at Walt Disney, an Internal Auditor at Sony, and a CPA at Arthur Andersen.

After earning his MBA, Mr. Mansolillo worked as a consultant focused on developing strategies and business plans for new technologies and start-up entertainment companies including: Scient (e–Business Consulting), iExchange.com (an idealab! company), and his own consulting firm (Bridgeway Solutions).

Mr. Mansolillo holds a Masters of Business Administration from the Anderson School at UCLA and a Bachelor's Degree from Pepperdine University. He holds a CPA, is fluent in Spanish, and has extensive travel/work experience in over 40 countries.
