Biography

Cecilia has been helping individuals to learn that listening to their heart above all other voices is the most loving, powerful and energizing gift they can give themselves. As a Certified Professional Coach, she has been a catalyst for clients to live the life that truly brings them joy, peace and fulfillment. Cecilia works with individuals to identify and live by their core values and to see the possibilities associated with living life from their heart. She helps clients feel, acknowledge and face challenging situations and sets them in motion to work and live their lives authentically and passionately.

Cecilia's own rich story forms the foundation for her life's work. She worked at Hewlett-Packard for over 20 years taking on various positions with increased responsibility including management, marketing, engineering, and program management. While in her corporate job, she graduated from Hudson Institute, an accredited coaching school, in May 2002. She later left Hewlett-Packard to focus on her passion - coaching. Cecilia's years at Hewlett-Packard educated her on life and taught her about core values alignment, the power of humility at all levels, and the qualities of a true leader.

Cecilia is a graduate of Drexel University with a B.S. in Mathematics and Computer Science. She lives in Palo Alto, California with her husband and son. She is an active member in parenting organizations including Parents Leadership Institute, a non-profit dedicated to helping parents build close connections with their children. She is also a board member of The Learning Center in Palo Alto. Cecilia lives by her core values of love, trusting herself, honesty, being an inspiration, and continuous learning. She loves the outdoors and enjoys walking, running, biking and playing in the sunshine. She has successfully completed numerous marathons including the Boston Marathon.
